Awakening the essence is Virgílio’s great purpose. Awakening his own and others has been his mission since 2006. Through spaces where we can discover our potential, express our being 100% and raise our vibration.

He uses various knowledge and different tools in his Retreats, Sessions and Gatherings: Shamanism, Psychology, Sufism, Neuroscience, Music, Dance, Voice, Tantra, Active meditations and other knowledge with the aim of awakening the true essence of each person.

Since 2009, he has facilitated more than 300 workshops/retreats/gatherings, mainly in Portugal, and also in Brazil, India and Czech Republic. Currently, he regularly organizes and facilitates gatherings for large groups (between 250 and 500 people), where he brings: “Ecstatic Dance”, “Mantras & Medicine Songs”, “The healing voice activation” and “The ancestors lineage gate”.

He is the driving force behind the Ecstatic Dance movement in Portugal, where he has helped more than 15 organizations to start their regular sessions.
