When & Where
The Portugal Tantra Festival is open for entry and registration from 2 pm on Wednesday 3rd July. The festival will officially begin with a Special Opening Gathering around 5 pm on the 3rd and will end with a Closing Ceremony at about 12pm on the 7th.
The Festival is held at the magnificent natural and historical setting of Quinta São José dos Montes, with its beautiful gardens, animals, saltwater swimming pool for relaxation, and one of Europe’s largest lakes just 5 minutes away.
Festival Tickets
Super-Earlybird Ticket : just €350 (not including accommodation)
This is base price for the the pre-launch ticket before your accommodation add-on. It is only available for a limited time until we announce the teaching line-up and the next tier of tickets are sold and prices will go up after this.
In addition to the ticket you also need to pay for your stay in the grounds as it is a residential experience. Fortunately, we have a huge range of accommodation options to add onto your ticket to suit every budget. All prices are for the whole event days and fully inclusive of 3 vegetarian meals a day, plus potable water.
Accommodation Options
Choose your accommodation option below – all prices are per person (so buy 2 if a couple) and include tickets to festival, the accommodation type and 3 meals a day.
Camping – €680 Sale: €530 per person
Camping outside. Participants must bring their own tent (or Motorhome), bedding and towel. Access to outside bathrooms and hot showers included as well as 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Dorm – €720 Sale: €570 (in own bed) per person
Shared accommodation in same sex or gender-neutral dorms – bedding and towel is provided. Access to shared toilet and bathroom as well as 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Bell Tent – €750 Sale: €600 Shared (in own or double bed) per person. Or €820 Sale: €670 Single Occupancy.
Choose as shared accommodation with one other or have it all to yourself as a single – bedding and towel is provided. Access to outside bathrooms and hot showers included as well as 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Yurt – €800 Sale: €650 Shared (in own bed) per person. 1 male space left.
Choose as shared accommodation with one other or have it all to yourself as a single – bedding and towel is provided. Access to outside bathrooms and hot showers included as well as 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Domes – €990 Sale: €890 Single Occupancy.
Choose as shared accommodation with one other or have it all to yourself as a single – bedding and towel is provided. En-Suite bathroom with a view included as well as 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Triple Bed Rooms in Apartments – €900 Sale: €800 Shared per person FEMALE ONLY (in own bed).
Fully furnished shared apartments with private entrance, patio and bathroom. Choose as a shared room with one other, or have it all to yourself as a single – bedding and towel is provided. Includes 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Private Suite (ideal for couples) – SOLD OUT
Shared accommodation with your partner in a King or Queen Bed. En-suite bathroom and free use of large kitchen and dining room area – bedding and towels provided. Includes 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
Double Bed Apartments (ideal for couples) – SOLD OUT
Entire studio apartment with private entrance and en suite or shared bathroom, shower and sitting area – bedding and towel is provided. Includes 3 Vegetarian Meals a day.
* Prices are for 4 nights including 3 vegetarian meals for the duration of the Festival. Prices & terms are subject to change. Price includes 6% VAT.
Note: please make sure that you arrive with plenty of time to register, set up your tent, or accommodate in your room so you are there in time.
The experience and the beginning of creating a safe and great space starts on Wednesday afternoon. We invite you to be there from the start.
You can arrive later, due to work commitments or other, and we understand, however, we really suggest you be there from the beginning of the experience – this is unlike other events: we are taking you on a personal journey where you are encouraged to meet and connect with others and this will happen easier and deeper if you can be there from the start.
The experience continues until Sunday 7th July and finishes with a beautiful closing ceremony.
Meals
Eating together is part of the festival, tickets are fully inclusive of 3 meals a day, from when your ticket starts until Lunch on the 3rd. All our meals are Vegetarian and prepared with love – if you have any special dietary requirements please let us know in the additional information on the booking form.
