Helena Madeira, Lisbon, 1981. With a degree in Anthropology and Italian Language, Helena beggins the study of classical singing in 2004, and from 2007 attended the Singing and Harp course at the National Music Conservatory in Lisbon.

Despite having passed through the Hot Club Jazz School as well, Helena defines herself as mostly self-taught and in a constant search for techniques and influences, especially exploring the therapeutic power of music and movement.

In February 2020 she edited her second album,where the harp is assumed as “queen” in the musical composition.
